Why do I expect you to wake up with the sun?

Because it's beautiful. 

Because waking up and drinking coffee while the sun is rising is the best time to drink coffee.

Because my Granny and Papalou were always up at 4am drinking coffee on their porch, and they were happy, healthy, successful people.

Because it's new orleans and you should experience it in every way possible.

Because you see things you never noticed before.

Because hot coffee-milk and buttery, rustic toast is my favorite meal in the world and I want to share it with you...at sunrise.
